塑料土工格栅

塑料土工格栅在制造中聚合物的高分子会随加热延伸过程而重新排列定向,加强了分子链间的联结力,达到了提高其强度的目的。其延伸率只有原板材的10%~15%。如果在土工格栅中加入炭黑等抗老化材料,可使其具有较好的耐酸、耐碱、耐腐蚀和抗老化等耐久性能。塑料土工格栅在试验路检测的使用。

1.弯沉测定。试验路铺筑后,用BZZ-100型标准汽车、5.4m长杆弯沉仪,每隔50m测定混凝路面弯沉值。

2.实侧弯沉和平均弯沉L=11.50mm,均方差δ=2.21,代表弯沉L?代=15.14mm。

3.按理论计算,在旧路上(δ=0.330mm)加铺10cm沥青混凝土,计算弯沉到达0.24mm,增加一层土工格栅计算弯沉值能达到0.14mm,相当于增加了8cm厚的沥青混凝土,实测数据表明>0.10mm的点占2.8%;≥0.15mm的点占2%,≥0.30点占1.1%。以上数据表明在沥青混凝土中加设土工格栅作用明显。
3.
